Ask us to close your account and remove the personal information attached to it. You do not need the app installed to use this page.
Before you start
- An order still on its way, an open return, or money in your wallet will hold the request until it is settled.
- You have 14 days to change your mind. Signing in again during that time cancels the request.
- Order and invoice records are kept for seven years as accounting records, with your name removed.
